Due to the intimate nature of our products, certain return restrictions apply to ensure hygiene and safety.


Defective Products

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

We may offer:

  • Replacement

  • Full refund

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Clear photos must be provided


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened lingerie or underwear

  • Used items

  • Personal hygiene products

  • Clearance or promotional items


Size Issues

Please carefully review the Size Guide before placing your order.

Returns due to incorrect size selection may not be eligible for free replacement.

3 Describe the issue and attach photos

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 3–7 business days.

Refunds will be sent to the original payment method.
